All prices on our site are in Canadian Dollars. 

Shipping is expensive - we wish we were Amazon! 

But we strive to make shipping as economical for you as possible. 

 

Ontario orders:

Flat rate $10.00 on orders up to $59.99  - FREE SHIPPING $60 and over.

 

Other Canadian (Provinces) orders:

Flat rate $15.00

Canadian Territory orders:  Standard Shipping Charges apply

 

US orders: Flat Rate $15.00

 

If your country isn't listed as a place we ship to please email us at info@uniongeneralcoffeeco.ca and we will get a shipping rate for you! 

 

Returns:

due to the nature of our product - sales are final. But we want you to be happy - so if something is wrong with your order, or came damaged please let us know within 2 business days of receiving it! Just email info@uniongeneralcoffeeco.ca and we can help.

And a note on your privacy - we don't sell or share your information with anyone. We may send out a newsletter from time to time - but it is written and sent by us because we think you will be interested!  You will always have to option to opt out - but we will miss you!
